Bin Bin is looking for additional receptionist teammates in District 7 and Thu Duc.

Working shifts

  • Day shift: 07:00 - 19:00
  • Night shift: 19:00 - 07:00

Main responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
  • Provide information about rooms and services, and support guests throughout their stay.
  • Receive and handle guest requests politely and promptly.
  • Manage reservation information and guest records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the best possible stay experience.

  • Aged 18–35.
  • Friendly communication skills, agility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in office computer applications.
  • Basic conversational English is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for the service industry.
